Taken from The Sermon on the Mount, this in-depth inductive Bible study will examine Jesus’ message of the blessings that come to His followers when they live by God’s standard. When a Christian chooses to conform to the image of Christ, their response to every circumstance in life will be affected. The study will thoroughly examine the “beatitudes” of Matthew 5:3-12 and the blessings that come for those committed to obedience. The twelve-week study asks students to examine their own relationship with the Lord as well as with others that God puts into their life.

The study seeks to equip each student so they grow stronger and more mature in their faith. The study also offers a reflection in Scripture to provide a time of worship at the conclusion to the lesson.

Suggested Study Format: In the Discipleship Series Bible studies, the weekly lessons can each be completed in less than one hour. This provides an option for those who are new to inductive Bible study. The Discipleship Series can be completed by someone who wants to come together with a group for study and biblical accountability.
